Our ski camp is "one-of-a-kind" throughout the United States. Our four "age specific" groups create a greatly enhanced "comfort zone" for YOU and your fellow campers and a highly effective teaching and learning environment. We implement a leading edge technology springing from our commitment to our B.A.S.E. concept of ski race training.
We help you focus on the mental & physical aspects of racing. Summer is the major part of the long preparation period which ends in late fall just before the competition season begins. Physical conditioning is just one component of ski racing. During the preparation period, it gets a lot of attention and time.
Successful ski racers put everything together - conditioning, nutrition, techniques, sports psychology, school, their families and a lot more. It is a great challenge. Finding that balance is what it is all about.
At Ski Camp, you learn from top college coaches every day! Since 1988, our staff has been drawn from among the nation's top Collegiate and Academy programs. In fact, our roster of coaches reads much like a "Who's Who" of Coaches -
-John Teague, UVM, (Retired), led UVM to only two NCAA Titles in school history
-Kyle Hopkins, US Ski Team Coach
-Barbara Ann Cochran, US Olympic Gold Medallist
-Jeff Pier, St. Lawrence University
-Julie Parisien, US Olympic Silver Medallist
-Sandy Ford-Centonze, Dartmouth College
-Chip LaCasse, retired UVM Dir. of Skiing
-Ed Hauck, Colby-Sawyer College
-Felix McGrath, UVM, Coach of Austrian Women's World Cup Team
Serious training on in-line skates is a critical component of your dryland camp. "Skate to ski", however, is far from the only teaching aid we implement in building your B.A.S.E. of ski racing skills --
- Mountain Biking
- Cross-Training Sports
- Ski Specific Dryland Skills & Drills
- Speed & Quickness Development
- Technical Skills & Equipment Workshops
- Motivational Speeches
- Agility Challenges
- Aerial & Balance Skills
- Daily Videotape Analysis & Feedback

"Summer Ski Camp is the next best thing to being on real snow!" I learned a lot -- & it's so-o-o cool!"
