During the upcoming ski season, we are considering offering a dinner menu on Friday and Saturday evenings. To that end, at our 5th year celebration, we are introducing a sampling of three of our proposed dinner entrees:
Prime Rib with baked potato & wedge salad
Hot Honey Chicken with rice pilaf & wedge salad
Ravioli Lasagna with house-baked dinner roll & wedge salad
If you are interested, we are accepting dinner reservations only in advance of our event. There will be three seatings, 5 PM, 6 PM and 7 PM, each limited to 25 diners. The 6 PM seating is FULL.
