2008 T&F Throws Events Camp / $335

Our instructional Throws Camp is designed for athletes who now throw or wish to learn the techniques of throwing the javelin, shot put, discus & hammer. You will practice techniques, learn explosive strength training, & design personal training programs. Personalized VIDEO ANALYSIS is always available during & after each session. You will participate in clinics addressing the mechanical & physiological principals of throwing. New Director Matt Belfield is already busy organizing yet another outstanding week of great value to all of our motivated young athletes!

2008 Speed Development Camp / $335

SPEED WINS! Coaches in all sports agree. Speed can help overcome other "weaknesses", whether they be lack of experience, confidence, strength, skill or size. Best of all, speed can be improved! At camp, you'll study & practice technical skills, and learn how to train for speed. Director Jim Barber and his staff work with athletes hailing from the sports of track, XC running, football, soccer, field hockey, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, ice hockey, and more. Clearly, the concept of improved speed is catching fire in every sport!

If you love to sing, then be sure to join us at the Red Fox Lodge amidst the inspirational mountains and intriguing Smugglers' Notch region of our Green Mountain State for our Vocal Performance Workshop. ENHANCE YOUR PERFORMANCE SKILLS and FIND YOUR IDENTITY AS A SINGER! You'll receive personalized instruction in voice, stage craft and auditioning tips from a great staff headed up by Elisabeth Sheldon of the Boston Conservatory of Music. Ms. Sheldon is an accomplished artist & teacher who has trained singers for stage and TV, including America's 2006 Idol, Katherine McPhee! Capping off your incredible week of music & fun will be an "All Star Showcase" concert on-site at camp HQ, the Red Fox Alpine Lodge!
